Custom Lamination: Solutions for Any Application

We provide our customers with custom laminated products and customized lamination of rolled goods.  We utilize several processing techniques, which allows us to choose the process best suited to the product characteristics that our customers seek.

In addition to our versatile processing techniques, CTI partners with leading adhesive manufacturers, granting us the ability to choose from a broad array of adhesives to meet the unique requirements of our customers.

CTI’s Lamination Process and Products

Our process is to laminate two or more materials together, and we employ coating equipment that includes slot die, roll coating, gravure coating, hot roll lamination, hot melt spray coating, or belt lamination techniques. Slot die, roll coater and gravure coating can utilize bulk adhesive supplies with controlled adhesive application amounts, resulting in a product with controlled costs. Hot roll laminations can be used when it’s necessary to use adhesive film or web type adhesive obtained in roll form. We can also laminate using powdered adhesive, which produces a lamination that is stretchable, or breathable. Most laminations are completed in roll form, however the belt laminator gives us the ability to laminate sheet goods. We also have the ability to laminate materials using water-based adhesives, using water-based equipment that includes: gravure roll, knife-over-roll and Meyer rod.
